Other Responsibilities Assigned to Jeff and Joy at NCA

October 2003, Jeff directed all the activities at the annual Spiritual Emphasis Weekend for NCA - a weekend retreat time that is a highlight of each school year.	Teen Discipleship groups. Jeff is also responsible for overseeing the ministry of all the dorms at Numonohi Christian Academy. Along with this area, Jeff is a member of NCA's Board of Management (BOM) and the involved in education issues on a field level by participating on the Field Education Committee (FEC). The BOM is responsible for dealing with school issues on a weekly basis. The FEC is the mission-designated authority to oversee all education issues (traditional classroom and home schooling children) regarding all the families within the New Tribes Mission family in PNG.
