What is a flight of three you may ask? It is when three aircraft fly in formation to a common destination. Kim and I had the opportunity to be a part of that flight of three as we made a trip to Chihuahua Mexico.

The aviation team met to make a number of decisions about the future. We will be opening up a new flight base further south. Kim’s sister and husband are part of this new team that will be moving south. We enjoyed meeting the aviation team that is based in Mexico. Even though we spent much time together in meetings, we did take the time as a group to go out and enjoy each others' company. It was extra special for us as we stayed with Kim’s sister and husband (Clif & Kari Huntting). Aunt Kim had fun spending time with Kari and the kids. We even got a historic tour of downtown Chihuahua as they prepared for the Mexican Independence holiday.

Great fellowship around the dinner table

Prayer Requests:

  • BRANDON, KELLY AND BLAKE IN COLLEGE IN TUCSON
  • KORTNEY IN HIGH SCHOOL
  • BART’S WEEKLY TRIPS TO THE HANGAR IN TUCSON
  • KIM WORKING PART-TIME AT THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND “HOLDING DOWN THE FORT”

As we flew over the beautiful country of Mexico, I looked down and wondered how many people nestled down on the mountainsides still live in darkness. God loves the most unreachable of people. He doesn’t neglect any portion of His creation. He will make sure His message is heard, even if it means sending people from another country to the mountains of Mexico by using an airplane to do it!

God is using you to reach the ends of the earth! You are a part through your prayers and giving.

Yes, we are flying to change lives!

Under the Same Wing,

Bart, Kim & family

You can be a part of Bart and Kim’s work. They can be helped by your prayers and interest and financial support if you are led to help in that way. They would deeply appreciate your involvement in their lives.

This link is a direct link to UIM's website where online donations can be given directly toward Bart and Kim’s ministry. The only concern with including this is that people not see it as a plea for funds. Instead it has been included as a way to facilitate those who give but would rather not have to deal with writing a check and mailing in a donation. UIM has set up a way through the Mission's web site where folks can give online. The Mission will in turn see that the funds get to Bart and Kim and that the donor receives a tax-receipt.
